Redesigning a Service Dog Nonprofit Platform for Accessibility

ADS Service Dogs had accumulated an extensive library of nonprofit content across a large, aging platform, but the volume and structure of that content had become a barrier rather than an asset. Program information was hard to navigate, the donation experience was fragmented, and the overall site no longer reflected the mission or professionalism of one of the country's most respected service dog organizations. Our mission was to redesign the platform entirely, creating a clear, modern, and emotionally resonant digital presence worthy of the lives NEADS changes.

The scale of the build was significant: 1,300+ pages, 5,200+ media files, and 48 GB of content required careful organization and a robust, scalable infrastructure. Every page of program content had to be thoughtfully restructured within a grid-based layout system, with filtering applied across blog posts, events, and news to help users quickly find what they needed. A custom post type for Members was created to manage the organization's growing community, and Gravity Forms was configured with complex multi-step flows to handle applications and inquiries.

We delivered a complete redesign and development of the NEADS platform, establishing a new visual identity, engineering structured content layouts, configuring donation and e-commerce functionality through WooCommerce, and ensuring full accessibility compliance. The result is a polished, purpose-driven nonprofit website that makes service dog programs, resources, and donation opportunities easy to discover and act on online.
